New share issue Jan. 2010

The preferential share issue completed in January 2010 was fully subscribed. Approx. 42% of the issue was subscribed with the support of subscription rights and approx. 58% without subscription rights. Since the issue was fully subscribed, Mintage will recieve 5,6 MSEK, before issue expenditures.

After the issue has been registrered at Swedish companies registration office (Bolagsverket) the number of share will come up to 16 804 032 shares and the share capital will come up to 840 201,60 SEK.
